From global product launches and tailored creator experiences to impactful partner engagements and inspiring internal events, this team is charged with managing the end-to-end planning, production, in-person experiences and all the unique details that make these events special. The team includes professionals with backgrounds in event design, management, operations, broadcast, and production. The Worldwide Events Team is seeking a stellar Event Planning and Budget Coordinator to join our Production Services group. This group works with several teams across the company to bring Apple’s iconic brand and products to life for audiences around the world. From new launches and keynotes, to live productions and hands-on experiences, this team is charged with managing the planning, end-to-end production, guest journeys and unique details that make these events special.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a budget administrator or coordinator in the theatrical, film, and live event industries.
  • Proficient in Mac, Excel, Numbers, and Keynote.

  • Experience creating or managing budget database systems.
  • Action-oriented, well organized, and proactive.
  • Proven track record developing and managing large, complex projects/teams.
  • Excellent oral/written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate several budget administrative components, including systems and database management.
  • Manage purchase order processes.
  • Administer vendor administration and coordination.
  • Coordinate labor/crew administrative tasks.
