This is a remote role that supports events across the country. You'll need to be open to traveling within the U.S. and working flexible hours during event times—travel is expected to be around 20-25% each year.

  • Provide on-site support during engagements with community leaders, stakeholders, media, and others.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • 4 or more years of experience in event planning, communications, and public engagement.
  • Experience supporting government or community outreach programs.
  • Professional event planning credentials, such as CGMP, CMP, or similar, are strongly preferred.
