As our Event Parking Valet , you will support the Parking team by providing a professional and welcoming first impression for high-profile guests at Moda Center . This role is responsible for safely and efficiently parking and retrieving player vehicles and keys in a secure, VIP garage environment.

Requirements

Possess a valid, state-issued driver’s license
At least one year of customer service experience
At least one year of similar work experience
Are at least 18 years of age or older
Are able to work all Trail Blazers events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Are able to effectively and professionally communicate with guests and other staff

Responsibilities

Greet and interact courteously with high-profile guests upon arrival and departure.
Safely operate, park, and retrieve a wide range of vehicle types, including manual transmission vehicles.
Follow established procedures for vehicle intake, key handling, and parking location tracking.
Ensure efficient traffic flow within the VIP garage and adhere to all safety protocols.
Collaborate with the Parking team, Security, and Event Operations to support overall traffic and guest service objectives.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area and assist with signage or wayfinding as needed.
Remain informed of event schedules and coordinate arrival/departure timing accordingly.
Perform all duties in compliance with company policies, including safety and confidentiality standards.
