In this role you will interact extensively with senior Deloitte clients in all industries and functions. Work you'll do Leveraging your background and experience, you'll collaborate to successfully execute high-touch programs for Deloitte's executive clients. You will gain exposure and make an impact through contributions across the Executive Accelerators Events, and you will grow your internal and external network by developing/supporting relationships with client account leaders, firm leadership, and Deloitte's clients. You will apply teaming skills with various stakeholders across projects including teams based in India and Costa Rica, drawing on strong project management skills. You will contribute to success of strategic initiatives across event operations and internal capability building as you: Support program delivery in planning stages and onsite with attention to detail, highest level of client service, and minimal supervision. Display expert knowledge of XA Event Delivery methods, systems, tools, SOPs, and ways of working, leveraging your network to enable delivery. Work closely with our key partners, including Executive Accelerators leaders, Meetings and Events Services, Client Experience Delivery, and other support teams. Support budget process management and reporting for multi-client events. Manage process improvement across XA Delivery Excellence and Operations teams. Support role-based efforts, e.g., leadership updates, marketing, team meetings, data & insights, and more Contribute to a collaborative, supportive culture, valuing each team member, fostering personal connection, fun, and contributing to an environment focused on well-being, belonging, respect and trust.
