Requirements

Ability to develop constructive & cooperative working relationships with managers and local seasonal staff.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications
Ability to communicate tasks & supervise local event staff of 10-30 on-site.
Ability to work Weekends and Travel is a MUST
Ability to adapt to new people, demands and environments while working on multiple events is a must.
Remain upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
Regularly required to bend, reach, push and pull
At least 18 years of age
Able to lift/hold 50 lbs

Responsibilities

Interview / hiring local seasonal event staff members.
Schedule, supervise, and direct a cross functional team of 10-30 event staff on-site.
Lead & execute various projects independent & efficiently
Operate & lead a team in a high pressure, time sensitive environment
Assist in Customer Service Quality Control
Provide excellent customer service by anticipating customer needs
Train employees to follow company procedures
Coordinate with different departments to ensure successful execution of events
