The Informa Connects U.S. Aesthetic and Anti-Aging Group is seeking an Operations Manager to help facilitate our high-quality in-person events. In this role, you will contribute to some of the most prestigious brands in the medical aesthetics field. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Operations and working closely with the Events team, the Operations Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, and executing events from conception to onsite execution. You will create and manage project plans for assigned events, setting clear expectations and deadlines for all stakeholders within the portfolio, ensuring that event delivery is accurate, timely, and within budget while bringing in solutions and providing exceptional customer service. This role is based in our Irvine, CA office.
