Jumpstart your sports career with a hands-on Event Operations Internship that puts you at the center of nationwide prep sports events. What You’ll Do As an Event Operations Intern, you will play a key role in the behind-the-scenes systems that power Prep Network’s nationwide events. Acting as an adaptable “Swiss Army knife,” you’ll jump into real operational work — helping build event schedules, organizing staffing assignments, coordinating facility details, prepping and tracking event shipments, and supporting the workflows that get every tournament weekend ready to launch. You’ll gain hands-on experience with event logistics, project management, and cross-functional execution, learning how large-scale sports events run from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who wants meaningful, resume-ready experience in sports operations and the opportunity to directly impact hundreds of events across the country.
