This is a hybrid internship requiring a commitment of 15 hours per week, with a minimum of one in-office day each week at our Longwood, Florida location. POSITION SUMMARY The Event Logistics Intern plays a vital role in supporting the success of our nationwide meal packing events. This internship offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in event coordination and nonprofit operations, with a particular focus on travel planning and logistics. The intern will be responsible for booking transportation and accommodations for our team, ensuring efficient and cost-effective travel that aligns with event schedules and organizational goals. In addition to travel coordination, the Event Logistics Intern will work closely with our network of community partners who pick up meals from our events for distribution. This includes communicating logistical event details and building relationships. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping communities in need through behind-the-scenes support that makes a real difference.
