About The Position

Hobbs Home Improvements is seeking energetic, outgoing individuals to represent the company at local events, festivals, and home shows . As an Event Marketing Representative , you will engage with homeowners at our booth, explain our services, and schedule free in-home estimates for potential remodeling projects. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking with people, thrives in a fun event environment, and wants to earn additional income through commission .

Requirements

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work weekends and event hours
• Comfortable working outdoors or in an event environment

Responsibilities

• Represent Hobbs Home Improvements at marketing booths during local events, festivals, and home shows
• Engage with attendees and introduce them to our remodeling services
• Explain promotions and remodeling options, including bathrooms, kitchens, windows, and doors
• Qualify homeowners by confirming homeownership and interest in remodeling
• Schedule free in-home consultation appointments for project consultants
• Collect and accurately record customer information
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and energetic presence at the booth
• Keep booth materials organized and presentable
