Position Overview Joyce is seeking an Event Marketing Manager for the Charlotte and Columbia markets to promote our products and services at local events while leading a team of event marketers. In this highly visible role, you will represent the Joyce brand, engage with the public, and ensure successful event execution from planning through onsite delivery. This position combines hands-on event participation with leadership responsibilities. You will develop event partnerships, oversee scheduling, train and motivate your team, and create a strong pipeline of leads for the sales organization. This opportunity is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys autonomy, team development, and influencing local marketing strategy. Compensation This role includes a base salary plus bonus incentives. Compensation Includes: Base salary: $60,000–$65,000 Performance bonuses based on lead generation and appointments set for the sales team
