Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B event marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or tech
  • Experience being sole owner of event strategy and delivery, across multiple geographies
  • Proven ability to plan and execute events that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and how events contribute to pipeline and revenue
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency working with lead capture tools, and webinar management platforms
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (ideally Salesforce and HubSpot)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile, high-growth environment
  • Able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Creative teams
  • Understanding of cybersecurity buyer personas and industry dynamics is a plus
  • Experience working in PE-backed or scale-up environments is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end planning and delivery of all events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, roundtables, and customer events
  • Develop event strategies that align with broader marketing and business goals, with a clear focus on lead generation and pipeline contribution
  • Manage all logistics: budgeting, venue selection, vendor coordination, registration, travel, and on-site execution
  • Collaborate with demand generation, sales, and product marketing to ensure events are integrated into campaigns and sales targets
  • Define and track event KPIs, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence, and ROI
  • Report on performance and insights to inform future planning and investment
  • Partner with internal teams to develop event messaging, collateral, and promotional plans
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all event touchpoints
  • Manage event tech stack and tools (e.g., webinar platform, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Continuously optimize event workflows and processes for scalability and impact
