About The Position

We partner with brands and organizations to increase visibility, drive customer engagement, and generate revenue through live events and experiential marketing campaigns. Our team focuses on creating impactful promotional events that connect brands directly with their target audiences.
The Event Marketing Associate plays a key role in executing live marketing campaigns and promotional events. This individual will represent client brands, engage with customers face-to-face, and support event operations to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred (not required)
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, promotions, sales, retail, or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing and comfortable engaging with the public
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing promotional marketing events
• Set up and manage branded displays, promotional materials, and event booths
• Represent client brands professionally at events and activations
• Ensure smooth on-site event operations
• Engage event attendees to promote products, services, or campaigns
• Help identify opportunities to improve campaign performance
• Work closely with marketing team members to meet performance targets
• Participate in training and ongoing professional development
• Contribute ideas to enhance event effectiveness and brand presence
