About The Position

We are actively hiring motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Event Marketing Associates . This full-time, entry-level role is ideal for candidates seeking hands-on experience in event marketing, brand promotions, experiential marketing, and community outreach . No prior experience required —we provide paid training, mentorship, and real-world event experience starting on day one. As an Event Marketing Associate, you’ll support live events and promotional campaigns while working directly with the public, developing valuable marketing, communication, and customer engagement skills .

Requirements

• Interest in event marketing, brand promotions, communications, or marketing
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with new people
• Coachable, dependable, and eager to learn
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or promotions is a plus—but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of live events, promotional campaigns, and marketing activations
• Engage face-to-face with customers and event attendees to drive brand awareness and campaign engagement
• Communicate key marketing messages clearly, confidently, and professionally
• Support event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site coordination
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to achieve performance goals
• Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve campaign effectiveness
• Represent client brands with a positive, energetic, and professional presence
