About The Position

The Event Marketing Assistant will support the planning, promotion, and execution of community-based fundraising events aimed at generating revenue for clients. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of event marketing strategies during the course of each event.
• Run all on-site logistics including sales, marketing, outreach, and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze event performance metrics and provide post-event reports to evaluate success.
• Stay up to date with client information, outreach initiatives, and milestones.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure clients' fundraising and outreach goals are met.
• Maintain event compliance and stay informed on all standards and expectations.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with consumers, clients, and team members.
• Give promotional presentations to prospective customers to grow clients' brand awareness.
