About The Position

We have an immediate opening for an Event Marketing Assistant to join our expanding team.
Working directly with our well-known and respected client, this role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event marketing and customer engagement. The Event Marketing Assistant will play an important customer-facing role in supporting the performance and success of our marketing campaigns by helping ensure daily objectives and targets are achieved.
No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided. We strongly believe in learning and development and will invest in your training to ensure you meet company standards and continue to grow within the organization. You will also have the opportunity to work on some of our highest-profile marketing campaigns.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Completing assigned tasks within your team and independently when required
• Acting as a liaison between customers and clients
• Assisting with achieving fundraising targets
• Attending meetings, workshops, and training sessions
• Continuously striving to improve cost-effectiveness and customer service
• Communicating with customers and ensuring requests are handled efficiently
• Producing detailed and accurate reports of donations and campaign progress
• Providing weekly progress updates to the Managing Director (or earlier if required)
• Developing excellent customer service skills aligned with company standards
