The beautifully renovated Hilton Anaheim, adjacent to the Anaheim Convention Center and one of Orange County’s largest hotels, featuring 1,574 guest rooms and 105,595 square feet of meeting space, is adding a new role to their team! They are looking for an Event Manager to join their exceptional team to handle the detailing of our small to midsize groups! What will I be doing? As Event Manager you are responsible for event documentation and coordination with Sales, hotel departments and customers to ensure consistent, high-level service throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of all hotel events. You will be required to ensure a seamless turnover from sales to service back to sales. Recognizes opportunities to maximize revenue by upselling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events. Serve as the event planner's primary contact following turnover on property and is responsible for his/her experience. Specifically, your essential functions will be to perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
