Responsibilities

• Create Unforgettable Guest Experiences: Lead the charge in delivering seamless, memorable events by collaborating with sales teams and hotel departments, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed.
• Drive Innovation and Excellence: Stay ahead of industry trends in event management and design, incorporating creative solutions to elevate guest satisfaction and set new standards in service quality.
• Build Strong Client Relationships: Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, providing exceptional communication and personalized support throughout the event journey, from initial planning to post-event feedback.
• Optimize Revenue and Resources: Utilize cutting-edge tools and systems to manage group room blocks, forecast revenue, and maximize upselling opportunities, all while adhering to budget requirements.
• Lead with Passion and Precision: Conduct strategic pre- and post-event meetings, ensuring every department is aligned to deliver outstanding results, and take proactive steps to continuously improve processes and guest experiences.
