Requirements

• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally
• High school diploma or equivalent required (some college preferred)

Responsibilities

• Complete paid training in event operations, marketing, and client management
• Engage directly with customers to promote brand awareness and build strong relationships
• Assist with customer account setup and management
• Collaborate with management to set, track, and achieve team and individual goals
• Deliver exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction
• Mentor new team members and develop leadership skills
• Support overall event execution to create memorable brand experiences
