About The Position

Event Logistics supports marketing operations at Red Bull North America. As experts in event management, we strategically support Red Bull in optimizing marketing operations. In this role, you will oversee your regional network of vendor partners responsible for inventory, warehousing, maintenance, transportation, and labor services for Red Bull events. Additionally, you will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement operational efficiencies. You will contribute to key initiatives by providing detailed documentation and working closely with stakeholders to ensure the efficient management of the dynamic and fast-paced event production environment. This position reports to an Event Logistics Manager, offering the opportunity to be part of an exciting, nationwide team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in organizing large-scale events, including comprehensive expertise in the entire event production process (pre-planning, on-site execution, and post-production), with demonstrated knowledge in event logistics, warehousing, and transportation.
  • Proven experience in event production, marketing operations, and logistics.
  • Familiarity with various methods of transporting goods via air, rail, sea, or road.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead planning, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting progress.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills, enabling informed decision-making to support business objectives.
  • Excellent written communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Commitment to embody and represent the Red Bull brand.
  • Proficient at navigating and influencing within a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the vendor selection process by evaluating their qualifications and performance.
  • Ensure full compliance with all contractual and insurance requirements, including the execution and maintenance of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
  • Assess the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, such as adjustments to routing, shipping modes, product volumes, or carriers.
  • Train personnel on their roles and responsibilities regarding Red Bull's brand standards, the execution guide, accounting systems, and logistics strategies.
  • Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, vendor service logs, and training records.
  • Ensure carriers comply with company policies and procedures related to transit and delivery.
  • Conduct regular market visits to guide business partners on Event Logistics standards while adhering to Red Bull's codes and values.
  • Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with production and operations companies.
  • Provide exceptional support to regional event leads in the planning and execution of major brand events.
  • Collaborate with global, national, and regional teams to ensure operational excellence within the business.
  • Develop and manage efficient logistics plans to enable seamless cross-regional event execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all event managers, addressing issues and identifying opportunities for improved efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage warehouse inventory and oversee the logistics of global event assets using enterprise software tools.
  • Communicate labor and equipment requirements for infrastructure to event personnel during the planning and setup phases.
  • Serve as the liaison between internal departments, event production teams, and event logistics vendors.
  • Provide regular updates to field teams regarding new assets.
  • Prepare and compile reports related to infrastructure activities and requirements.
  • Ensure quality control in asset maintenance, storage, shipping, and tracking, while adhering to RBNA Event Logistics standards.
  • Form and oversee cross-functional project teams, providing support towards achieving regional, national, and global objectives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate both regional and national activation operations in collaboration with the business partner network.
  • Collect and report data on regional performance metrics.
  • Supervise business users in their utilization of company software and invoicing tools.
  • Act as the regional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, relationships, and integration with key parties.
