Support Catering and Conference Services by generating new business leads and strengthening digital presence on key platforms. Collaborate with operational departments, such as Food & Beverage, Culinary and Banquets to elevate presentations and overall event quality. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Monitor, manage and respond to inbound leads from: Wedding Wire, The Knot, ZoomInfo. Research and identify prospective clients, organizations and event planners using ZoomInfo and similar tools. Qualify leads and route appropriately to the Catering and Conference Services sales team. Track lead activity, response times, and conversion outcomes for reporting and follow up. Track response metrics and booking trends and provide updates to leadership on lead volume and quality, platform performance and opportunities for increased market visibility. Identify gaps, trends and opportunities to drive future business. Maintain up to date and accurate listing on Wedding Wire and The Knot including venue descriptions, photos, menus and package highlights, awards, testimonials and responses to inquiries. Ensure timely and professional follow up on all platform generated inquiries. Coordinate with Sales Leadership to align messaging, promotions and seasonal offerings. Assist in preparation of banquet menus, food & beverage presentations, sales collateral and proposal visuals. Work closely with Food & Beverage Leadership, Culinary and Banquet operations to highlight food quality, presentation and service flow. Introduce new presentation concepts that elevate the guest experience. Support tasting events, site tours and sales showcases as needed. Act as a liaison between Sales and Operations to ensure accurate presentation of Banquet capabilities and alignment between what is sold and what is delivered. Participate in planning meetings with: Catering and Conference Services, Culinary, Banquets, F&B leadership. Gather feedback post event to identify opportunities for refinement and growth. Complete appropriate trainings listed on the human resources Training Matrix. Adhere to Wheeling Park Commission’s safety rules and policy; refer any and all safety concerns to department manager, safety committee or human resources. Interact with the public with a cheerful and positive attitude, solve guest problems and complaints in a proper manner, and maintain harmonious working relationships with fellow employees.
