About The Position

The Event Janitorial Project Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day operational, administrative, and logistical management of services to ensure full conformance with contract requirements for university events. In addition, they will oversee inspections, quality control measures, and the inventory control of equipment and supplies for the assigned building. This role oversees all aspects of event support—including planning, staffing, execution, and post‑event review—while maintaining cost control measures and service-level standards. The Event Janitorial Project Manager will attend university events regularly and serve as the primary on‑site representative for ABM. This position requires being on‑call, including weekends and holidays, to support scheduled and emergency event needs. A key component of this role is building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, and identifying opportunities to provide additional ABM services.
