The Event Installer Lead/Driver is a team and event management, driving, and customer service position, with an emphasis on leadership and accountability. The responsibilities include leading and managing a team of installers, operating box trucks and vans, safely loading and unloading gear, dropping off/picking up crews to event venues. The Driver will demonstrate safe driving skills, remain customer-focused, and display a strong work ethic. Further responsibilities include setting and striking drape, furniture, and hardware at event venues, working with and as part of a team of installers. Workload varies from 0-30+ hours per week based on volume and availability. Installer will demonstrate strong leadership skills by taking the initiative, staying customer-focused, displaying a strong work ethic while on the jobsite and being able to execute consecutive events.
