Marksman Security, LLC is hiring immediately for Event/Flex Security Officer, Chico, CA! $21 Per Hour Flexibility with Shifts is Required Weekend and holiday availability is required Applicants need to be flexible with their schedule and willing to work weekends, day, evenings, overnights and holidays, if needed. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in security or customer service fields. Must have active CA State training and Guard Card licensing.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid State BSIS California Guard Card.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with report writing.
• Computer skills are a must.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Monitoring and surveillance experience.
• Essential Computer Competencies.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
• Comfortable with Outdoor Environment in Diverse Weather Conditions.
• Must successfully pass Pre-Employment background check.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and procedures.
• Strong communication and report writing skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
• Comfortable using security systems, radios, and incident reporting tools.
• Conflict de-escalation and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site access control and visitor logs.
• Conduct patrols and safety checks.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
• Write detailed incident and daily activity reports.
• Provide customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
