About The Position

Entwined Events is seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to support our culinary and event operations team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment before, during, and after events. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in keeping the kitchen running efficiently.

Requirements

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

Nice To Haves

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using commercial dish machines or by hand as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish room and kitchen areas
• Empty trash and recycling and ensure proper disposal procedures
• Sweep and mop floors regularly and clean spills promptly
• Assist with breakdown and cleanup after events
• Store clean dishes and equipment in designated areas
• Support kitchen staff with basic prep tasks when needed
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during high-volume events
