The Event Director plays a critical role in driving Bright’s revenue and long-term growth. In this client-facing role, you will build and strengthen relationships with clients, producing large-scale, complex events that directly influence sales performance, client development, and repeat business. You will partner closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure every detail of each event is executed to company standards and client expectations. Through site visits, strategic communication, on-site supervision, and exceptional customer service, you will help elevate the Bright experience while contributing to the overall success and profitability of the company.

  • Acquire and develop strong client relationships to assess needs and recommend appropriate rental solutions
  • Serve as a product expert who can guide, upsell, and influence client purchasing decisions with persuasive communication
  • Communicate effectively with a diverse team of personalities and communication styles
  • Conduct meetings, site visits, and showroom appointments to gather and relay essential event details into our rental management system with the support of the Event Consultant Team
  • Follow company procedures accurately and with urgency while managing multiple events simultaneously
  • Collaborate with sales, business development, inventory, and operations teams to provide all necessary information for flawless event execution
  • Proficient in event market knowledge, including planners, caterers, production companies, venues, and hotels
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Excellent project management abilities with strong attention to detail while managing several projects simultaneously
  • Skilled at building relationships and rapport with clients and team members
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and work within tight schedules and deadlines
  • Proficient in sales, negotiations, and interpersonal communication
  • Action-oriented, able to make quick decisions in response to changing conditions
