The stakes are real, and there’s room to shape what all this becomes. About the role We are looking for an Event Designer to design and art direct Anthropic's presence at physical and digital events. Working closely with the event design team, you will bring our brand to life across industry conferences, hosted events, and executive experiences — ensuring all work we produce in the world feels cohesive, elevated, and unmistakably Anthropic. A significant part of this role involves defining how Anthropic presents itself within third-party environments where we appear alongside competitors in a crowded field. This requires strategic thinking about visual differentiation, establishing and maintaining a high creative standard for booth and spatial experiences, and providing clear art direction to external agencies and fabrication vendors to ensure execution meets our expectations. This is a hands-on design role that extends well beyond producing booth graphics. We are looking for someone who brings rigor and craft to every surface — from environmental design and presentations to interactive elements and digital touchpoints — and who thinks carefully about how people encounter and move through a space.
