About The Position

The Tennessee Titans are hiring part-time Event Day Staff to deliver exceptional premium guest experiences at Nissan Stadium. We need poised, detail-oriented professionals to provide personalized assistance with ticketing, seating, and special requests while proactively resolving concerns for our high-end guests during elite games and concerts. This unique opportunity allows you to be part of the final season at the current stadium while helping set the hospitality standard for our new stadium opening in 2027.

Requirements

  • MUST be 18 years or older to apply
  • Must live in the or around the Greater Nashville Area
  • Must be available to work at least 70% of the major Nissan Stadium events throughout the calendar year.
  • Maintain a positive outlook that demonstrates approachability, friendliness, and professionalism
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work well with others
  • Strong and proactive customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Flexibility to be relocated based on event day needs
  • Ability to work full shifts before and after events in various weather elements
  • Must have the ability to participate in some physical activity, including lifting supplies and standing for long periods of time

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a world-class level of service to Premium Partners and guests, creating a welcoming and refined experience at all times
  • Greet all guests and clients with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entry to suite and premium areas, ensuring proper tickets or credentials for access
  • Conduct pre- and post-event suite checks to confirm spaces are guest-ready, safe, and maintained to premium standards
  • Proactively address and resolve guest concerns, viewing each interaction as an opportunity to turn challenges into positive, memorable experiences
  • Document guest feedback and service issues in detail to support post-event follow-up and resolution
  • Immediately report client issues or escalated concerns to the Premium Team Manager or Supervisor on duty
  • Exercise professionalism and discretion at all times when working with VIPs, high-profile clients, and Premium Partners
  • Attend mandatory Stadium Experience Trainings and complete online mandatory trainings throughout the year
