About The Position

We are immediately hiring part-time retail sales team members. We are looking for passionate team members available to work in stores, at games, and at other sporting events. The Event Customer Service Team Member is responsible for providing the ultimate shopping experience to fans during our events and in stores. If you have a passion for retail, an outgoing personality, love to sell, enjoy working in teams, and strive to create relationships with fans, this job is for you.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Frequent standing and walking are required
• Professional in appearance and conduct
• Friendly & outgoing
• Customer service-oriented and like to help others
• Comfortable multi-tasking and adapting easily to change
• Someone who likes to have fun at work and work with a team
• Be willing to work extended hours on event days, including weekends
• Reliable with regular attendance
• Adept at basic computer and math skills

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet, and interact with customers to meet their needs.
• Stock, price, and organize merchandise.
• Assist with the gameday set-up and merchandising of all retail locations.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
• Be a champion at suggestive selling.
• Conduct transactions through the Point-of-Sale system according to guidelines.
• Organize, maintain, and clean retail locations during downtime.
• Other duties as assigned.
