About The Position

We are a fast-growing event marketing and customer acquisition company seeking an Entry Level Event Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position with paid training, ideal for individuals looking to start a career in customer service, event marketing, or sales. In this role, you will represent well-known brands at live events, retail pop-ups, and promotional campaigns, interacting directly with customers to deliver a positive and engaging experience. No prior experience is required—candidates with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, restaurant, or customer-facing roles are strongly encouraged to apply. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service at events and promotional campaigns
  • Represent client brands and clearly communicate products and services
  • Engage with customers face-to-face to answer questions and provide solutions
  • Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional sales initiatives
  • Build strong customer relationships to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and refer to sales teams
