About The Position

Overview Event Crew Members are responsible for a range of tasks involving general labor. Their primary responsibilities include adapting spaces for different events, setting up and dismantling various equipment such as chairs, tables, stages, walls, and any other necessary items. This role will pay an hourly rate of $20.00 to $22.00. Benefits for Full-Time roles: Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays). This position will remain open until March 13, 2026.

Requirements

  • Flexibility to work varying schedules based on event demands, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Capacity to follow and implement basic instructions effectively.
  • Capability to engage in general labor tasks, involving heavy lifting.
  • Physical stamina to frequently stand, walk, talk, hear, use hands for manual tasks, and reach with arms.
  • Occasional requirements include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, crouching, tasting, smelling, and sitting.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects regularly.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by the event schedule.
  • Proficiency in reading and speaking English may be necessary to fulfill job duties, such as communicating with English-speaking customers or colleagues, or understanding equipment manuals written in English.

Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned general labor tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead in the conversion of spaces to suit the requirements of diverse events.
  • Set up and dismantle chairs, tables, stages, air walls, and any other equipment as necessary.
  • Ensure thorough cleaning of event areas after each event concludes.
  • Stay updated on operational schedules and event calendars, adapting to any changes.
  • Prioritize safety protocols and adhere to them consistently during job execution.
  • Other duties and responsabilities as assigned.
