Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months LGV C+E experience.
• Valid passport at least 18 months (from January 2026).
• DBS Check.
• Ability to work in a pressurised environment and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Customs and Carnets.
• Trade/Engineering/Mechanical experience.
• Forklift/Telehandler/Moffett licence.
• Event or touring Experience.
• European driving experience.
• Left hand drive Experience.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver high value cargo to UK and European locations to support high profile events, namely Formula 1.
• Responsible for the unloading and construction of the hospitality and race base units.
• During the event, responsible for general hospitality duties and maintenance of the unit to ensure very high standards are maintained.
• Post event involves packing down and safely stowing all equipment for transportation to the next event.
• Maintain excellent working standards in the day-to-day operation ensuring adherence to all company and legislative compliance requirements.
• Unloading and construction of the hospitality and race base units from start to finish.
• External and internal cleaning and maintenance when the initial structural build has been completed.
• Carrying out general hospitality duties and maintenance tasks during the event.
• Packing down and stowing all equipment, furniture and preparing the hospitality and race base units for a structural de-build.
• Assisting with the loading of all equipment onto trucks and trailers.
• Ensuring all trucks and trailers are in a road-worthy condition before they leave the circuit.
• Washing and cleaning trucks to a very high standard all year round.
• Participate in LGV C+E tramping for Eventor outside of the Formula 1 season.

Benefits

• Event salary: Up to £46,000 per annum depending on shifts.
• F1 Day rate - £125.
• F1 Rest Day rate - £100.
• F1 Daily expenses (exp.Silverstone) - £47.
• Retention bonus - Year 1 - £500.
• Retention bonus - Year 2 - £600.
• Retention bonus - Year 3 - £700.
