About The Position
As a team member at Michaels, you will plan, coordinate, and facilitate events, including kids' birthday parties, within the store to provide a stress-free, fun, and engaging experience for guests. You will deliver friendly customer service by assisting customers in shopping and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Your role will also involve completing operational tasks such as truck unload, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold our Brand Promises.
