Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and private events from concept to completion.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and event budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align event objectives with company goals.
  • Handle logistics including venue selection, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
  • Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed expectations.
