Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion
• Communicate with clients to understand event goals, budgets, and expectations
• Source venues, vendors, and suppliers, and negotiate contracts
• Manage event logistics including scheduling, transportation, and setup
• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and operations
• Oversee on-site event activities to ensure smooth execution
