About The Position
The position involves planning, coordinating, and facilitating events, including kids' birthday parties, within a Michaels store to provide a stress-free, fun, and engaging experience for guests. The role requires delivering friendly customer service by assisting customers in shopping and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Operational tasks include truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the Brand Promises.
