About The Position

The Event Coordinator at Mayo Clinic is responsible for planning and executing events at Historic Properties. Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal, public relations, communications, and organizational skills required.
  • Self-motivated and energetic individual with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement events at Historic Properties.
  • Provide direction to all personnel associated with each event.
  • Perform on-site implementation of day and evening events.
  • Confirm event setup details and greet guests.
  • Set up and operate standard audio-visual equipment.
  • Conduct tours and present the history of the Historic Properties to guests.
  • Accountable for event execution and closure.
  • Plan ahead to ensure staff and equipment availability for future functions.
