The Event Concierge Internship is a 12-15 week summer program offered to juniors who are interested in a rewarding hospitality career. The individual selected for this opportunity will maintain high-touch, on-the-floor guest support with Nemacolin's Conference Services Team throughout this supervised, hands-on learning experience. Program Timeline: Weeks 1-3: Orientation, Shadowing, & Reverse Shadowing Foundation, observation, and supervised ownership Weeks 4-11: On-the-Floor Support Consistent execution with increasing independence Final Weeks (Last 2 Weeks): Capstone Project & Wrap-Up Analysis, reflection, and value-add Skills Progression by Week: Weeks 1-3: Foundation Weeks 4-6: Core Execution Weeks 7-9: Advanced Support Weeks 10-13 (if applicable): Increased Independence Final Weeks: Capstone Skills
