About The Position

The Event Center Usher is primarily responsible for assisting guests in locating their seats for concerts and events. Other responsibilities include scanning tickets, setting up row and seat markers, and general customer service. This is an on-call (as needed) position that requires standing and walking for several consecutive hours. We are looking for people with previous customer service experience and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for several consecutive hours.
• Superior organization skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays which may result in extended hours.
• Friendly and personable.
• Must secure appropriate RI mandated gaming licenses
• Will be required to be able to remain on their feet for extended periods of time.
• Mostly indoors and generally climate-controlled environment.
• Constantly standing/walking.
• Working with others and independently
