Onondaga Community College in Syracuse, NY, is accepting applications for an adjunct instructor in our Culinary Management program, teaching FSA-235 & FSA-235L: Event/Catering Management. This course provides the student an opportunity to explore the functions of planning, developing, budgeting, marketing, and evaluating meetings and special events. It will provide the fundamentals for executing the management of special events and catering, and will have a lab component throughout the semester (dates TBD).
