Position Summary City Winery Event Captains will coordinate the day of logistics with the Manager on Duty (MOD) to execute the Banquet Event Order (BEO) from a front of house standpoint. They will participate in food and beverage service as outlined by the MOD, coordinate with the Chef on duty in the kitchen, and present the standards as outlined in the Events SOP Training. City Winery Event Captains will provide high level hospitality to the client and guests.
