Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 3–5 years of relevant business experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organization skills, and a proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with comfort interacting across all levels, both internally and externally
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving skills and a result orientated mindset
  • Positive, energetic, and team-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Support a dedicated Account Team in managing a high-profile client(s)
  • Identify and engage potential clients to develop a strong sales pipeline utilizing our contracted client list of some of the biggest companies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts to drive sales and maximize revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives (Design, Logistics, Account Management and Merchandising)
  • Anticipate customer needs by understanding and analyzing account history and trends
  • Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations and business proposals (PowerPoint or similar)
  • Problem-solve order related issues to provide the best solutions for customers
  • Prepare quotes and process orders efficiently through Syncore (CRM tool) providing expert advice and recommendations on promotional products that align with our client’s branding and marketing objectives
  • Create product ideation by sourcing from approved suppliers, researching industry trends, and working with internal marketing and merchandising teams
  • Generate and analyze ROI reports for marketing campaigns and events, identifying areas for improvement
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to order fulfilment, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Provide on-site support at client events as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and maintain product knowledge to better serve clients
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals
  • Build collaborative relationships across internal departments
  • Contribute to team and company-wide goals
