About The Position

The Event Bartender at Constellation will be responsible for mixing and serving a variety of beverages and performing meal service at events held at the Norton Museum in West Palm Beach, FL. This role offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse clientele while providing excellent customer service. Compensation for this position is set at $20 an hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to memorize and describe a variety of recipes, especially for mixed beverages.
• A valid state bartending license.

Nice To Haves

• Prior bartending experience.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests of the service bar following standard recipes.
• Set up and break down all front of house and back of house bars and beverage stations.
• Perform food service as needed during events.
• Provide customer service by describing and recommending menu items.
