About The Position

Become an event assistant for Takelma Roasting Company! If you have great customer service skills and love coffee, put your abilities to work by serving and selling Takelma coffee products at various outdoor and indoor events in Douglas County. This position is only for Wednesdays and Saturdays (4-7 hours/event). Additional days if an event is booked.

Requirements

  • Excellent guest services
  • Fundamental math and reading comprehension
  • Handling of money and proper cash exchange
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Develop an understanding of our coffee and general coffee knowledge
  • Attention to detail
  • Maintain a positive and professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain coffee service and coffee product sales at various outdoor or indoor events booked for Takelma Roasting Company.
  • Setting up tables, tents, coffee equipment, coffee service supplies, various coffee products.
  • Making and serving coffee.
