Event and Retail Specialist have the potential to earn up to $60,000 in their first year. Many of our top performers at Rite Window have surpassed the statewide average annual salary, earning between $70,000 and $90,000 as Brand Ambassadors by consistently following our proven sales process. While individual earnings vary, our structured training and support system equip driven reps for success! Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing roles is welcomed
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively across teams in addressing customer needs
• A self-starter attitude and driven to exceed goals
• A collaborative mindset and desire to learn from others
• Open to traveling within the local market as needed
• Scheduling availability includes Saturdays and/or Sundays, with additional weekday opportunities available.
