About The Position

America's premier window and door replacement company, Renewal by Andersen, is looking for people who love to talk to and meet new people, travel across Wisconsin, and be a brand ambassador to build company rapport towards lead generation! This isn't your typical 9 to 5 - it's an exciting opportunity for no day to ever be the same! Travel to events, RSVP dinners, and retail stores to market and promote a great product, be the friendly face of the company, and get paid an hourly base plus generous bonuses while doing it!

Requirements

• Professional, outgoing, and friendly personalities
• Assertive, self-motivated, strong negotiation skills, and results oriented
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or related fields
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation, must be able to fit tent inside
• Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Ability to lift 65lbs and load equipment into vehicle
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in industries such as solar, construction, or home remodeling is a plus

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and appointments at Events (trade shows, fairs, and festivals), RSVP events, home shows, and retail sources
• Engage in conversations with homeowners, to create interest and educate on the products we offer
• Assist in the preparation, set-up, and take-down of tables, booths, totes tents, etc.
