The Event Accounts Manager is responsible for identifying, coordinating, and executing hyper local events that align with Optimum's growth strategy. This role supports multiple sales organizations- including MDU, Retail, D2D, B2B and SMB not excluding communication alignment with Field Services - by securing opportunities for brand engagement and assist in driving sales performance. This position ensures the success of events through planning, coordination and training while working cross functionally with sales teams. The Event Accounts Manager reports directly to the OMS Events Manager. This role plays a vital role in supporting lead generation and sales conversion efforts by assisting sales teams with event planning, execution and follow-up. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at relationship building, and possesses strong organizational and communication skills.
