Evening Valet Trash Porter
About The Position
We have several part time valet trash collection routes open the Marietta, GA Metro right now - and we're looking for reliable people to own them. Brookhaven, Decatur, Sandy Springs, Marietta, South Fulton and others. As a Porter with Community Concierge Services, you'll own a dedicated route at a local apartment community - collecting trash and recycling from residents' doors each evening and transporting it to the onsite compactor or bins. It's consistent, physical, and straightforward work with a real impact on the families you serve. We're hiring for more than one route in this area, with different schedules and nightly rates. Whether you're available five nights a week or looking for a weekend-only commitment, we likely have a route that fits. Routes & Schedules Currently Available Sunday–Thursday routes - our most common schedule Sunday: Start at 6:00 PM | $40–$70 flat rate Monday–Thursday: Start at 7:00 PM | $45–$60 flat rate Earn $250-$300+ per week / $1,000-$1,200 + per month Weekend routes - Friday & Saturday only (Doraville and Brookhaven) Evening shifts | $40-$80 flat rate per night Earn $80-$160 per week / $320-$640 per month from Fri/Sat only Ideal if you already work a weekday job and want to put your truck to work on the weekend During outreach, we'll match you to a specific community and schedule based on your availability and location. What Your Evenings Look Like Shifts average 2-3 hours per night Walk your assigned route collecting bagged trash and recycling from each resident's door Load collected waste into your truck and transport to the onsite compactor or bins Bags are already tied by residents - we provide gloves and PPE so you stay clean What You Earn $40-$80 per night depending on route and day of week Paid training so you're confident before your first solo route Paid holidays - all major holidays off Advancement opportunities - many of our area managers and route supervisors started as porters Multiple routes in the area means room to pick up additional shifts as they open Our Ideal Porter We've learned that the porters who succeed and stick around share a few traits: Reliable - you show up, on time, every shift without being chased Thorough - every door gets checked, no shortcuts Self-motivated - you work independently and hold yourself to a high standard Respectful - residents and property staff know you as a professional Takes pride in the work - a clean route at the end of the night matters to you No experience required.
