Evening Shift Lead Person
About The Position

What You'll Be Doing Lead and coordinate daily operations of the sand and gravel plant during evening shift Monitor equipment and production processes to ensure efficiency and safety Train, guide, and support plant personnel to meet performance goals Perform routine inspections and assist with maintenance planning Promote and enforce safety, environmental, and company policies What Are We Looking For Demonstrated leadership skills in an industrial or manufacturing setting Strong understanding of aggregate plant operations and equipment Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues effectively Commitment to safety and continuous improvement Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
