About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Chef Manager to support evening and weekend culinary operations across two cafeterias at Toyota’s manufacturing campus in Liberty, NC. This position supports a 24/7 manufacturing operation and requires 2nd/3rd shift coverage (typically 3:00–5:00 PM to 1:00–3:00 AM, with rotating weekends). This role oversees food quality, team leadership, and operational execution for a 24-hour manufacturing environment, managing a team of 8 associates and ensuring a consistent dining experience for Toyota team members.

Requirements

  • Must have a working knowledge of HACCP
  • Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining setting, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control
  • Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
  • Experience with exposition cooking needed

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable
  • ServSafe certified is a plus

Responsibilities
