Responsibilities

• Assist residents with their daily routine
• Support licensed practical and registered nurses with electric charting and vital signs
• Report changes in residents' conditions or behaviors
• Assist residents with feeding, showers, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Encourage residents to maintain independence and quality of life
• Ensure residents are mentally stimulated and physically active
